Improving Student Success through Parent Engagement

1stHour Communications prints and distributes newsletters for school districts nationwide at no cost to the school district. Each newsletter packet contains customized content directly from each school district and corporate sponsor inserts (only those approved by each education partner) to subsidize the cost. In addition, school districts that reach the minimum threshold for participation are eligible to receive revenue sharing simply by participating in the program.

• Provide a 2-page or 4-page PDF newsletter (4-color) to 1stHour prior to the deadline for each newsletter mailing
• Provide a database of addresses (no names) for use solely in a secured environment for mailing purposes only
• Review and approve the list of corporate sponsors that include inserts in each packet
• 1stHour will print, insert, and mail to each unique household in your school district 5 times per year according to our set distribution calendar
• If your district is eligible, you will receive revenue share payments bi-annually (June and October) according to the size of your district
